New Hours of Operation

10:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday

iNova Credit Union is here to support you in the weeks and months ahead with the health and safety of our members and staff as our top priority.

The Branch will be open but please help us support social distancing measures by ensuring we only have 2 people in the branch at one time. If the door is locked when you arrive it means we have reached maximum capacity and ask you to please wait until you safely can come in.

We also ask all members that you do not come in-branch if:

  • You are experiencing flu-like or cold symptoms
  • You have a fever, or unexplained cough or shortness of breath
  • You travelled outside of the Atlantic Provinces in the last 14 days
  • You know or suspect you have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19

If you are unable to visit in-person, we continue to encourage you to visit our website, call us (902) 453-1145 or email

We offer a number of convenient options to access and manage your accounts online, from your phone or in person.
You can access your account 24/7 through our iNova Credit Union mobile app and online banking. Online banking and our mobile app offers you a safe, secure and easy way to complete your day-to-day banking needs such as:
  • Check account balances
  • View recent transactions
  • Make bill payments
  • Send an Interac e-Transfer®
  • Transfer money between your accounts
  • Deposit cheques
We will continue to implement preventative measures across our organization with the health and well-being of our staff and customers top of mind.  We are confident in the steps we have taken to date, along with our ability to monitor and act quickly as things evolve.
